About our Client: Our client is a FMCG Major with operations across the globe. They are widely considered to be an employer of choice and are known for their innovative product range. They have a significant presence in the India market, and are currently looking at further strengthening their position here. Currently they are looking at recruiting a Marketing Lead (Brand Manager) for one of their major brands, based out of the corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description: Reporting to the Category Head, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing the annual brand plans
- Working closely with cross functional teams for the implementation of annual marketing plans
- Conducting and analyzing market research to ensure that the brand is up to date with consumer tastes and preferences
- Liaise with external agencies (media, creative, research etc)
- Monitoring and analyzing brand performance vis a vis business goals.
- Liaise extensively with global teams for matters pertaining to communications and innovations
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 5 years of experience in the FMCG Industry, along with around 2.5 years of core marketing experience.
- Further, the client is looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to be hands on in his/her approach.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability of dealing with international stakeholders.
