- This position's main mission is to create and execute marketing strategy and communication in order to support the development and growth of business. Scope of responsibilities are following:
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Lead the development and execution of customer-centric lead generation strategies, encompassing segmentation, multi-channel marketing, and targeted campaigns to drive pipeline growth, revenue tracking, and customer loyalty
- Product and Strategic Marketing: Lead customer engagement and marketing strategy, crafting compelling product narratives, value propositions, and positioning. Collaborate with creative and digital teams to create engaging, global audience-specific content across various formats
- Brand Development: Drive brand and positioning through visionary data-driven strategies, ensuring consistent execution across all channels. Communicate our unique value proposition effectively to position Bookee as the top choice for potential clients
- Thought Leadership: Be an ambassador of across media and channels through direct contribution to content creation and presentations.
- Marketing Analytics and Operations: Establish a set of key performance indicators and provide consistent reporting against the marketing team's objectives
- Team Leadership: Attract, develop and retain strong talent. Instill best practices and continue to develop and structure a performance-based marketing team that efficiently executes on the organization's goals. Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Financial Accountability: Keep a close track of marketing spend with clear alignment to ROI and goals established by the management team
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in global marketing leadership, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS company with the India/APAC as the primary geography.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit/attitude, flexibility toward dynamic change
- Lead and execute product marketing strategies
- Develop marketing plans to support new and existing products.Ensure consistence of messages across channels and monitor lead gen, client acquisition, market awareness and stakeholders (users, clients, merchants) satisfaction through NPS or other tools
- Facilitate customer and market research, methodology and integrate findings in communication messages and marketing supports of findings.
- Define and execute product's go-to-market plan.
- Manage inbound Marketing and lead Generation
- Generate and increase leads to identify potential opportunities by building inbound and outbound strategy.
- Execute omnichannel lead Generation strategies, monitor efficiency by channel and sales targets in coordination with Business Development teams
- Manage and optimize overall Marketing and communication budget
- Develop a reliable and cost efficient network of agencies and partners
- Ensure ROI on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
- Optimize omnichannel mix to ensure optimal coverage within budget constraints
- Promote and develop marketing and communication:
- Responsible for developing and executing the overall online and offline communication and brand awareness.
- Review and refine the analysis of the performance of promotions and events campaigns
- Define and implement local press relation strategy and crisis communication
Support business development:
- Maintain and enhance all product-related information.
- Design and produce all sales related materials, including but not limited to presentations, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Manage Marketing team and responsible for recruitment, performance appraisal, objective settings.
The PR, CSR & Communications:
- PR & External Communications: expanding the awareness of rewards solution and our brand
- Internal communication: support HR Department in collaterals, key messages and internal communication production
