Overview:
- Looking for a Marketing Lead who is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves, work collaboratively and cross-functionally, and is an efficient executor to help support our Program Teams build awareness and excitement about their fellowships.
- This is an incredibly dynamic role, with lots of opportunities to learn, get your hands dirty, work with world-class talent, and take on impactful responsibilities from day one. You'll report to the Director of Marketing for the Careers organisation and work directly with Program Directors, Managers, and Associates on creating collateral for their programs (such as landing pages, email campaigns, digital brochures, etc) and executing against campaigns, growth tactics, and other initiatives that support the goals of each program.
- The team is growing extremely fast, so you'll get an inside seat at a company in hyper-scale mode. You will be working with the world's next best singers, writers, actors, and talent to disrupt the Media & Entertainment Industry.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with Program Directors to position, package, and announce Unlu's offerings to the public.
- Implement and optimise marketing initiatives to raise awareness and attract high-caliber candidates to our Careers Programs.
- Partner with Lifecycle and Performance marketing to design, test, and evolve multi-channel, multi-touch, personalised programs to accelerate and personalise the candidate journey.
- Work closely with Content and Brand Marketing to design and roll out marketing collaterals to attract and invite high-quality candidates to apply to our programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign performance into reports including marketing briefs, competitive analyses, and campaign recap deck.
- Work cross-functionally with the Admissions Team to ensure consistent quality and closing of inbound applicants to candidates.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Comfortable getting hands-on with acquisition channels as needed: writing landing page copy, setting up email drips, drafting design briefs-anything a campaign might call for!
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing or a similar role
- Experience in building acquisition campaigns from concept to execution across a range of marketing channels
- Expertise in no-code tools - Webflow, Zapier, Airtable
- Excellent copywriter, proactive, effective communicator
- Familiar with Growth frameworks, and the concept of Growth experiments
- Familiar with spreadsheets
