Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Objectives :
- Ensuring goal of monthly MQLs across channels is achieved
- Collaborating with sales team to optimize SQLs
- Ensuring month on month growth of MQLs
- Managing The Team
- Managing marketing team across all departments (SEO, PPC, Distribution)
- Leading daily standups with all the sub-departments within marketing
- Helping team members setup and achieve their quarterly OKRs
- Planning and managing fortnightly sprints of marketing team
- Participating in hiring of new team members in marketing department
- Growth & Operations
- Owning the marketing funnel, optimizing it and growing it month-on-month
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve quarterly and annual goals
- Coming up with distribution strategies and spearhead their execution
- Overseeing growth of email marketing as a channel
- Analytics
- Implementing conversion tracking through analytics and other tools for all marketing channels
- Actively tracking traffic growth across channels
- Taking data backed decision to grow relevant channels
You'd be a great fit if you have:
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS space
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing for a product based organization
- Should understand the concepts of product distribution
- Have experience managing PPC, SEO and organic growth channels
- Should be data driven & an empathetic communicator
- Having understanding of deep tech products would go a long way
- Added points for someone who has seen the journey of a company from $1M to $5M ARR
