Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage a network of specialized digital and technology agencies for project-specific needs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.


- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering innovation, staying abreast of industry trends, and managing external partnerships.


- Conceptualize and implement monetizable digital products and solutions for client partnerships.


- Collaborate with the sales team to address digital inquiries, provide strategic solutions, and contribute digital expertise in client meetings to drive revenue.


- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, measuring against ROI and KPIs.


- Generate and implement innovative growth strategies.


- Partner with cross-functional internal teams on multi-faceted campaigns.


- Manage relationships with agencies and vendor partners.


- Evaluate and recommend adoption of emerging technologies.


- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership on digital trends.


Key Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience in Marketing or digital marketing.


- Have a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.


- Expert proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms (Google/Meta Ads).


- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.


- Creative solution thinker with a passion for digital innovation.


- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a results-oriented approach.


- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
