Strategic:
Responsible for revenues for the circle
Great focus on segment identification and development of strategies for exploitation.
Analyzes customer usage behavior which drives ARPU /MOU and recommends appropriate pricing /tariff to achieve budgeted revenues.
Ensures central brand guidelines and marketing programs are appropriately understood and implemented to maximize brand salience.
Conducts all circle related market research and insights, and develop strategic local responses.
Devises and implement effective and efficient local innovative marketing initiatives, including joint marketing.
Manages local tactical communication campaigns in line with central brand guidelines.
Plans and monitors the circle marketing budgets
Operational:
Supports the field sales teams by ensuring the development and availability of quality promotional tools, brochures, props etc.
Promotes and responsible for VAS and New Products penetration like SMS, MMS, Roaming,Data products etc.and revenue generation.
