Job Description:
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products
- Managing launch campaigns for new products
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, work with all departments to execute
- Managing research agencies for brand tracking and other marketing and consumer research
- Conceptualization and execution of initiatives towards acquisition, activation and brand building through various events
- Managing the media & creative agencies (brand custodian/ maintain all creative database) & ensure continuous coordination
- Develop and implement an effective, optimized media mix, to leverage the potential of all available mediums in achieving business objectives
- Constantly monitor advertising and marketing expenses, align spends to budgets, generate savings through innovation, partnerships, negotiations, spend consolidation
- Evaluate media performance for the respective brands and competition
- Enhance and monitor digital media presence to drive brand preference
- Implementing and monitoring the Policies and Procedures, standards and guidelines of Marketing while adhering to Branding standards and strategy
- Formulation of marketing and promotions plans/tactics
- Creating and executing the branding touch points and consistency in the look and feel of the Brand across all channels.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MBA (Marketing) with 12-15 years of experience in MNC retail organisation.
- Candidate should have work experience in Retail (Furniture Vertical) Industry.
