Position Overview:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the QSR industry, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to stores.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, promotions, and traditional media.
- Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction, including loyalty programs, feedback systems, and personalized marketing.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the marketing strategy relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the QSR or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of QSR market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
