Job Title: Marketing Head

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Director

Location: Delhi

Purpose

- Responsible for spearheading marketing and sales initiatives, development and delivery of short, medium and long term strategies which deliver on sales and profit growth expectations in line with the aggressive growth targets. Conduct regular market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to recommend market strategy to keep the organization ahead of competition.

Responsibilities

- To conceptualize, implement & monitor marketing initiatives and sales promotions

- Devise Marketing Strategy, Execute and Monitor the Strategy and initiatives

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation and distribution of collaterals etc.

- Initiate Brand Visibility initiatives, Complete ownership of Marketing initiatives

- Manage all marketing & communication campaigns, including online advertising, media planning, offline advertising etc

- Make Marketing budget for the year within framework of cost benefit analysis

- Work closely with business leadership on execution of the strategy

Total Years of Experience:

- Minimum 10-12 years of demonstrable sales and marketing experience

- Work experience in Real Estate, Print Media would be preferable.

Skills & Expertise:

- Demonstrate high level of Ethics & Integrity

- Candidate with previous work experience in Real Estate, Print Media would be preferable

- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all levels of the organization, across divisions, and relevant external parties

- The person should be hands-on and should be a motivator of his team to achieve the goals.

Qualification:

- MBA with strong Analytical & Marketing Skills
