Our Client is a Media & Entertainment company & is currently looking to hire a Marketing Head.

Job Designation :Marketing Head

Job Location : Delhi

Job Description:

- To conceptualize, implement & monitor marketing initiatives and sales promotions.

- Devise Marketing Strategy, Execute and Monitor the Strategy and initiatives.

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation and distribution of collaterals etc.

- Initiate Brand Visibility initiatives, Complete ownership of Marketing initiatives.

- Manage all marketing & communication campaigns, including online advertising, media planning,offline advertising etc.

- Make Marketing budget for the year within framework of cost benefit analysis.

- Work closely with business leadership on execution of the strategy

Qualification:

MBA with strong Analytical & Marketing Skills

Total Years of Experience:

- Minimum 10-12 years of demonstrable sales and marketing experience.

- Work experience in Real Estate, Print Media would be preferable.

Skills required :

- Demonstrate high level of Ethics & Integrity.

- Candidate with previous work experience in Real Estate, Print Media would be preferable.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all levels of the organization, across divisions, and relevant external parties.

- The person should be hands-on and should be a motivator of his team to achieve the goals.
