Job Description - The Head of Marketing would be primarily responsible to drive and unify customer experience, brand purpose, creative communication and marketing technology including digital channels. The role encompasses overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization's marketing strategy and advertising initiatives.

Description
The aim is to establish the brand as the leading brand in the industry they operate, generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
As a senior-level marketing professional, this person plays a pivotal role to position the organization's brands, generating demand virtually and contributing to the cure and solution. This person must be analytical and creative and possess extensive knowledge not only in Marketing but also in various disciplines such as information technology (digital platforms), legal, and finance. Key responsibility includes people-leadership-related responsibilities, as this person leads the in-house /outsourced marketing and creative resources team.
This person must also be both highly analytic and creative, use customer and company data to uncover the real story of how customers perceive the company and its products or services and further use this data-driven insight, coupled with creative thinking, to develop actionable creative campaigns, messaging and resources that show new and existing customers how your partnership delivers value.
As the role is responsible for the company's brand, so the top priority should always be to develop and sustain the company's human approach to business, through values based and authentic offerings
The ability to align with product/engineering leaders on project goals and deliverable is a critical step
The role needs to be able to be both strategic and tactical all at the same time and be able to quickly lead the teams using all data at the fingertips - big data, like website metrics, point of purchase, etc., and small data that comes from quick pulse research for insights to customer behaviour and response.
This person needs to balance empathy for customers, employees and the community by making the tough calls to do what's right for the business. The ability to pivot quickly is paramount
