Marketing Head - FMCG/White Goods

Currently hiring for one of our well reputed clients, in Consumer Appliances.

Desired Candidate:

- Head of Marketing and Sales team preferably in an Appliance / White goods / FMCG (in that order)

- Knowledge of the appliance market and the management of the players

- Focus is more on the ability to set up marketing strategies and implementation of these thru planning and should have grown businesses rather than managed a large business

- Knowledge of new product launches, analysis and understanding of the new product development process, market trends etc.

- Should have engineering sense

- Should have worked in creative campaigns

- From the appliances industry

- Substantial marketing exposure

- Knowledge of the southern markets and languages

- Should not be a job hopper.
