Position: - Marketing Head-QSR

Location: - Mumbai

CTC: - Depend on Current CTC

Experience: -

- Should have Minimum 10 year’s progressive sales/marketing experience in QSR or FMCG industries (Food Industries Only) with a strong emphasis on Franchising Management & Key Account Management. Exposure to the Food Service segment will be an added advantage.

- Since last 3 years should be heading Marketing management on a nation-wide level, business to business and/or business to consumer industries.

Education: - Degree holder, preferably with MBA in Sales & Marketing

Preferred Industry: - FMCG industries (Food Only) & Retail (Food category Only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish priority and direction for QSR businesses (product positioning, pricing, promotion, line extensions, quality, etc.) which will provide optimum sales and operating profits.

2. Develop annual Marketing Plan that reflects strategic and actionable plans for the businesses in the QSR segment of the Group, consistent with corporate strategic plans, including: marketing research, opportunities and threats analysis, marketing strategy development, marketing communication.

3. Assists in the development of new product opportunities. Generates, tests and screens new product concepts

4. Develop and lead marketing promotion plans and growth programs to promote volume and share growth, usage and consumption and oversee its direct implementation

5. To maintain close communication with sales teams to ensure adequate understanding of progress, problems and changes on all marketing activities.
