- Define the strategy, develop campaigns for city success based on consumer insights and competitive context and align key stakeholders.
- Build high-quality toolkits to scale marketing programs, create and set processes that address local needs in a standardized manner.
- Manage and support a wide variety of local marketing campaign requests across media.
- Document marketing best practices and create resource guides for stakeholders to leverage in marketing efforts
- Develop and supervise the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of marketing initiatives/campaigns.
What You- ll Need
- 8-10+ years of brand marketing experience ideally from an FMCG & digital background.
- Robust experience in brand positioning and marketing to drive aggressive sales.
- Strong understanding of traditional, digital media with hands on go-to-market and activation experience.
- Experience of working with the top creative & media agencies.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management capability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, plus strong presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude and excellent team spirit.
- Good project management skills.
- Good understanding of multiple marketing channels and its impact on performance
