Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Marketing team effectively to drive Organizational Objectives.
2. Develop overall Marketing and Competitive growth strategies for all Product categories of Retail Bakery & Food Service Channel;
3. Develop Marketing policies, Sales Promotion, Distribution and Pricing strategies;
4. New Product Development
Experience & Education
MBA with minimum of 10-12 years marketing experience
- B2B or FMCG industry, food companies an advantage
- Knowledge of the India marketing environment and trends, practices, traditions, philosophies, policies, competitiveness, key players and product knowledge (ND, Bakery)
- Strong knowledge of Marketing, particularly in channel marketing
