Job Title: Marketing Head - Bakery and Cake

Job Summary: The Marketing Head is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the bakery and cake products. The Marketing Head ensures that the bakery's brand and products are successfully promoted through various channels to build customer loyalty and expand the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in the bakery and cake industry.

- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

- Brand Management:

- Oversee the development of the bakery's brand identity, ensuring it aligns with the target market and company values.

- Manage online and offline marketing activities to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

- Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).

- Ensure campaigns are designed to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the marketing team to track progress and optimize performance.

- Market Research & Consumer Insights:

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand market needs, preferences, and trends.

- Use data and insights to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.

- Digital Marketing:

- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing to increase online presence and customer engagement.

- Event Planning & Promotions:

- Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotions to drive traffic and enhance customer experience.

- Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales targets and revenue growth.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies as needed to meet business goals.

- Budget Management:

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI on marketing spend.

- Partnerships & Collaboration:

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, influencers, and other potential business partners to maximize brand exposure.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the bakery, food, or FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends.

- Experience with social media management and content creation.

- Passion for the food industry, especially bakery and cake products.
