Job Description - You will be reporting into Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for To drive all marketing, advertising and promotional activities (ALT / BTL).

- Conceptualizing and implementing long-term strategic business plans in tune with market trends, competitive scenario, macro business opportunities and channel readiness.

- Increase Brand awareness and visibility

- Cross promotion/Barter deals initiatives to increase brand image/consumer reach/visibility.

- Planning, designing as well as coordinating with merchandising team on Special Price Points, Schemes, time bound offers, etc.

- Liaison with media & advertising.

- New product formulation & development (Innovation & activation).

- Developing & implementing company wide go to market plan, working with sales & other department to execute.

- Marketing activities for Company owned retail stores.

- Manage Vendor Relationship, establishing new relationships

- Carrying out major product launches/ promotional activities & ensuring the smooth execution of all the activities.

- Manage competition and consumer feedback

- Marketing Activities to support growth of categories

- Define the product strategy and road map

- Review and revise product forecasts on a monthly basis

- Further consolidate the portfolio and strengthen systems for new launches, feedback management, price increases and withdrawals

The Successful Candidate - you will have an MBA in Marketing with 12+ years of experience in FMCG/cosmetics/personal care/skin care with relevant product and industry knowledge. You should have proven track record in product development, product launches and consumer research. Hands on experience in ATL/BTL activations with strong communication and presentation skills is a must.
