Job Description : Craft strategies across core brand, content & retail marketing (including Digital, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Media Buying, Social Media, Digital, Project Management and Community Management)

Description :
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company's business activities
- Be a thought leader and work closely with local business leaders to create a strategy for our Indian customer.
- You will determine, initiate, implement and evaluate this marketing approach, focused on a short term, as well as long-term activities.
- Supervise marketing campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department Qualifications and other Requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, Retail, Media and Finance teams to develop the annual plans.
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices
- Customer-oriented approach
Profile :
1) 7-10+ years of experience
2) Mix of experience driving brand marketing for both traditional setups as well as in the internet space
3) MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 b-school is preferred
4) Experience handling spends across offline and online
