About our Client

Our Client is a leading Global MNC providing business process services for industries including banking, financial services, and insurance. They provide services such as business processing , analytics/insights (KPO), and support services for data and voice processes.

Currently, they are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to head marketing initiatives of its $1.5 bn business unit. For the same, they are looking to hire Head - Marketing, based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution Management of

- Content & Collateral Development (through services team)

- Influencer Interactions

- Events & Brand Awareness (through Geo/Corp Marketing team)

- Campaigns & Account Based Marketing

- Online Marketing including appropriate leverage of Social Media

In addition, the individual will be responsible for:

- Owning and driving Sales & Marketing Collateral and Secondary Research for the unit.

- Manage the Content, Graphics & Research teams

- Interactions with the Practice, sales & delivery leaders for understanding the Business priorities, expectation management.

- Re-Imagine the content that can be created to position business Unit

- Planning, Scheduling, Deliverable Management and Governance Reporting

- People Management

Successful Applicant

- You will have atleast 15 years of experience in Marketing function covering external communication, brand positioning, event management etc. Individuals also need to have atleast 5 years of experience in BPO/IT service sector.
