We are currently seeking a seasoned marketing professional, a Brand Coach, to join our team and lead the refreshing of one of our B2B brands. This assignment spans over a year and requires meticulous planning and supervision of execution through our existing marketing team.
The tasks at hand are multifaceted:
1. Develop a clear and compelling brand strategy tailored to the B2B landscape.
2. Craft a unique and differentiated brand positioning that resonates deeply with our target audiences.
3. Develop a messaging framework that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition and benefits.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to refine messaging and, if necessary, the visual language.
5. Formulate a strategic rollout plan for the refreshed brand that ensures maximum impact and resonance.
We are specifically seeking an individual who possesses:
- A strong financial acumen, capable of understanding the potential financial implications of branding decisions on the company's bottom line.
- The ability to establish meaningful connections with senior leadership across various target audiences.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of crafting narratives that resonate deeply with our stakeholders.
- A profound understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including knowledge of customer personas and the buying process.
- Preferably, experience working with both agencies and brands, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Ideal candidates will have at least 25 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of successfully delivering similar assignments.
