Requirement :
- Minimum 10 years - 12 years of experience in building brands and managing large scale campaign and media.
- Ability to drive projects independently and seamlessly. Experience of having worked on financial brands is a plus.
- Good knowledge of campaign management across media and ability to track the campaign performance to desired results analytically.
- Well-versed in current technological trends and fluent in both traditional and digital advertising media channels & social media.
- Analytical thinking with ability to convert information into insights; monitoring market trends, uncovering unmet needs, identifying risks, barriers and opportunities
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical content in a convincing way.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Must be commercially aware having handled campaigns and media budgets at scale
- Knowledge of all aspect of marking touch points - social, digital, ATL, BTL etc. with experience in managing 360 marketing campaigns or stand-alone campaigns involving different channel mix.
- Well versed with different aspects of marketing including digital marketing and retention and data driven in approach.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the market access and implementation of marketing programs to build sustainable business growth and for driving topline business growth of the Company.
- Provide pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects like social, digital, ATL, BTL etc.
- Execute and manage new product launches and all its related aspects including management of brand image and brand awareness.
- Define and measure growth metrics, dashboards, and be responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the leadership.
- Drive customer engagement to improve retention along with retention marketing, web, and product development.
- Own and execute marketing strategy and planning across all products and channels. Envision strong marketing strategies that step change the company's growth and realize with the significant market opportunity.
- Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. Lead the development of brand voice and personality.
- Define and execute the social media strategy. Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leading the development and implementation of the Strategic Marketing Plan in line with the Brand Strategy in order to maximize brand performance.
- Drive the strategy implementation by initiating, help developing and executing relevant tactics, tools and initiatives to promote the brands successfully. This includes printed and electronic promotional material, multi-channel digital solutions, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities.
- Effective budget control and resource management within predefined project budgets.
- Lead and manage vendors and agencies to ensure high quality of output; communicate, track, and keep timelines and budget, also support monitoring and control of brand budgets and help to assess the marketing mix of the brand to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
- Must have a strong vision for the brand and be able to translate that vision into an actionable year long roadmap and rally stakeholders and partners across the organization and externally to deliver on it.
