Role Overview:
As a Marketing Professional you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote Avo's product, enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and generate high-quality leads. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), organizing and participating in tradeshows and events (both virtual and in-person), providing analyst advisory, and developing an integrated marketing plan aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and capture high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.

- Boosting brand awareness and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to create impactful marketing collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content that resonates with target audiences and drives lead generation.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand our services and technologies and create high-quality, industry-specific content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces that support lead generation efforts.
- Plan, organize, and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events to showcase our offerings, generate leads, and build relationships with industry professionals and potential clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with analysts to ensure positive coverage and favourable market positioning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies, specifically related to lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics, such as ads traffic, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize lead generation efforts and drive continuous improvement across channels but not limited to social and paid platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets to enhance brand exposure and secure collaboration opportunities that contribute to lead generation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 12+ years of experience in marketing roles in software industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on integrated marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, such as CRM software, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for lead generation optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
