The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 20 times revenue growth from the first to third year. As the Growth Hacker, you will be responsiblefor driving lead generation and digital sales via online channels through targeted marketing.
What you will do:
- Translating business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue
- Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth
- Collaborating with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth
- Driving user and revenue growth
- Proposing creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition
- Building and monitoring comprehensive matrix to track progress on user acquisition, retention, referral etc.
- Maintaining a healthy CTR/CPM across platforms
- Staying up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing
What you need to know/have:
- Experience in a Startup is highly preferred
- Should be handling limited budget but should be driving growth
- Should know Basics of DM & PM, including strategy and project mgmt
- Analytical mindset - should be keen to work with data and spot patterns to leverage in digital marketing strategy
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
