About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies for e-commerce clients to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Perform in-depth audience research to identify high-value customer segments.
- Analyze competitors' performance and implement best practices and innovative strategies for Meta platforms.
Ad Creation & Optimization:
- Create compelling ad creatives (copy and visuals) tailored to various e-commerce audiences and products.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost-efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of campaigns, including ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and insights, with a focus on actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and Facebook Pixel integrations for accurate attribution.
Audience Targeting & Retargeting:
- Create detailed audience segments, leveraging customer data, interests, and behaviors to drive personalized and highly-targeted ads.
- Implement advanced retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers who have shown interest in e-commerce products.
Collaboration & Client Communication:
- Work closely with the creative, product, and data teams to ensure ad content and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding campaign progress, challenges, and successes.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Meta advertising tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Experiment with new features (like Meta's Dynamic Ads and new ad formats) to continuously improve ad performance.
Education/Experience:
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience (1+ year) in managing paid social media campaigns, specifically on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and optimizing for e-commerce goals such as conversions, sales, and customer acquisition.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising tools (e.g., Power Editor, Google Analytics).
- Experience with dynamic product ads (DPA), retargeting, lookalike audiences, and other advanced Meta ad strategies.
- Understanding of analytics, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimization.
Certifications:
- Facebook Blueprint Certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate campaign goals, updates, and insights to clients and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
Creative Mindset:
- A keen eye for high-performing ad creatives and an understanding of how to design ads that resonate with target e-commerce customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other popular e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram Shopping integrations.
- Familiarity with email marketing, content marketing, and cross-channel strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid media platforms is an added advantage
