Primary Function:
Brief Job Description: Will handle all the marketing related work for L&D. This would include:
a. Analyze the market and competition for market segmentation and identify focus industries/customers.
b. Build positioning and differentiation, with value proposition for products.
c. Assist NSM in the pricing strategy.
d. Regular market and competition analysis.
e. Build marketing tools for helping the sales team in driving sales/engaging with customers.
f. Assist NSM in managing the distribution network including incentives, pricing etc.
g. Branding : Build the L&D brand by ATL and BTL activities including seminars, thought leadership programs, emailers, brochures etc.
Education Qualification & Years of Experience:
Preferably MBA, with around 8-10 years mainly in marketing and sales.Would prefer to have had major experience in the L&D /related space.
Value Proposition of the Role : (eg – working with highly skilled R&D people in the industry)
The best profile would have strong marketing knowledge and experience and would have worked in the L&D or related space. This would give strong functional and domain knowledge which would be helpful to drive the objectives of the business.
Key interfaces: Would interface with the Leadership, Sales and Project management teams of L&D. Would be also engaging with Global/regional marketing leadership of L&D.
