Salary Range: 8 - 18 LPA
Main responsibilities:
1) Assisting in the development of above-the-line (ATL) communication campaigns, PR-led initiatives and digital marketing programs:
- Coming up with innovative solutions for brand-led experiential events, communication campaign ideas (advertising etc.) and PR-led initiatives to deliver highly unique brand experiences
- Proposing luxury associations basis brand needs, positioning and budgets
- Assisting the Brand Managers in development of detailed agency briefs with clear activity/campaign objectives and measurement metrics (KPIs)
- Monitoring of PR activities and KPI's on a month-to-month basis
2) Concept development and execution of all below-the-line programs and promotions by channel (hotels, restaurants, MOTs, clubs, domestic retail, Airport duty-free, Sri Lanka)
- Setting an activation calendar for activity roll-out and coordination with regional sales teams for timely execution - Selection, and briefing of agencies as per mandate
- Negotiation with vendors on quotations basis acceptable rates, quality standards and timelines -
- Constant coordination and monitoring with internal/external stakeholders (trade marketing/sales team and vendor partners) to ensure implementation
- POSM (Point of Sale material) Management - Complete management of ordering, maintaining and deployment of POSM - Ensuring at all points a complete understanding and control of brand guidelines and standards (brand identity merchandising, visual, iconography & standards)
3) Commercial Deliverables: 20% Commercial Deliverables:
- Assisting the Brand Managers in the budgeting process - ensuring all spends are within the marketing budget (by brand) - Assisting the Brands Managers in evaluating all contract proposals (off-premise and on premise), in line with brand standards, permissible investments etc.
4) KPI establishment and evaluation - ATL & BTL Programs:
- Setting strict activity KPIs (pre, during and post) for each promotion as per specific brand standards
- Gathering data, conducting analysis of activity KPIs basis plan
- Creating a feedback mechanism to capture relevant information on program
