The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably from a top-tier college, with a background in e-commerce or retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive B2C sales growth and increase market share.

2. Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing initiatives across digital channels and social media advertising, to optimize ROI and drive customer acquisition.

3. Innovative Digital Solutions: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce, and drive the development and implementation of new age digital marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

4. Brand Building: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.

5. In-Store Footfall: Devise strategies to drive in-store footfall through targeted promotions, events, and partnerships, leveraging both online and offline channels.

6. Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel, from awareness to purchase.

7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements :

1. Master's degree from a top-tier college, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or related field.

2. 8 to 12 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce or retail companies.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.

5. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
