- Should have done this for PAID MEDIA not traditional

PREFERRED industry : RETAIL, FMCG,AUTO CPG

- Should have worked in US market

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Paid Media Brand Planner to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify audience segments, trends, and opportunities for our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, conducting thorough audience and market research, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, audience segmentation, and customer profiling, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to implement tailored marketing strategies.


Your insights will play a critical role in shaping campaign performance and optimizing marketing efforts across various channels.


What will you do:

- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify audience segments, trends, andopportunities for our clients.

- Most importantly tell the story through curated presentations.

- Conduct thorough audience and market research to understand client needs and developdata-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and creative, to implementtailored marketing strategies based on audience insights.

- Develop and maintain audience segmentation models, customer profiles, and persona development to inform targeting and personalization efforts across marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis, audience segmentation, and customer profiling.

- Create and present detailed reports on audience insights, campaign performance, and future strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy and data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a subject matter expert across data & audience strategy discipline.

- Create curated end channel strategies based on data and audience insights for client needs.

- Present these strategy and insights to clients, gain buy in and grow strategic relationships.

- Educate clients and internal constituents on channel strategy.

- Bring in general best practices and frameworks for strategic consulting.

- Ability to set a forward-looking vision, lead and inspire at all levels of org.

- Strong presentation and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with data and audience platform landscape.

- Familiarity with activation and measurement techniques.

- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder matrix and manage priorities.

- Bring in a unique blend of business and technical knowledge.

- Big-picture vision and ability to effectively deliver a desired outcome.

- Delivery know-how to make a vision into a reality
