- Marketing professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing (ATL & BTL) for telecom clients.
- Extensive experience of hands-on roles in customer value management, customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation marketing, customer behavior analysis and channel management
- E2E project delivery - Create a detailed work plan, monitor progress and ensure to meet KPI & SLA across project lifecycle, do risk assessment and resolve conflicts within projects/functional areas
- Digital marketing- social media, brand awareness, email/SMS/Mobile App/Website marketing, content marketing
Good to have the below
- CRM functional experience
- Understanding or working knowledge on Managing campaigns through advanced analytics and tools like SAS, SQL, BI, CM, CRM. Designing and executing dynamic programs in campaign manager, SAS.
- Worked with Bus. stakeholders (Product House, Business Analyst) - Organize workshop to collect and understand requirements along with System owner /Solution architecture
- Very strong communication skills and habits, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills
- Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problems
- Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solution
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
- Experience in working in large transformation programs
