Our Company - Laksh HR (www.lakshhr.com) has recently been retained by an upcoming Marketing Analytics company based out of B’lore and Atlanta, to hire for their Senior Management. We are currently looking for a Associate Consultant/Domain Consultant/Sr. Domain Consultant for them. The basic details are as follows:

Title: Associate Consultants - 1 - 2 Years

Domain Consultant - 2-5 Years

Sr. Domain Consultant - 5-7 Years

No. of Vacancies: 5 (including all 3 positions)

Scope / Base Location : Global/Bangalore

Experience / Age bracket: 1-2 years/ 24 – 32

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 B-school

Domain Preference: FMCG/CPG/Retail/Consumer Durables

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Help marketing clients to make smart decisions and then to implement and track them.

- Manage day-to-day delivery along with analyst team

- Coordination with analysts, statisticians, and lead project delivery

- Playing a team management role

- Help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support

Essential skills & Qualities:

- Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.

- Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and offshore team in India.

- Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.

- Willing to travel onsite as and when required.
