Designation : Marketing-Communication Specialist

Job Description :

The holder of the position of Marketing-Communication Specialist plans and draws up MarCom concepts and measures both online and offline, plans exhibitions and events, designs the corresponding plans and coordinates all marketing-communication activities.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project responsibility for concept development and realization of all marketing-communication activities including budget and scheduling, controlling

2. Conceptualisation, planning and implementation of local media planning both online and offline including budgeting and scheduling as well as the coordination with HQ activities

3. Planning, execution and follow-up of telemarketing activities

4. Determination of the requirement of various contact persons as well as exploiting communication possibilities through a presence in the market

5. Creative development of communicative solution proposals by professional consultation by Product Managers and Product Specialists in addition to Sales & Service

6. Monitoring and controlling the realized communication measures with regard to budget compliance and advertising effectiveness

7. Conceptualization of all exhibition appearances and events

8. Operative implementation of the corporate design based on the guidelines issued by HQ

9. Drawing up and monitoring schedules and budgets

10. Maintaining interfaces with regard to various internal and external partners such as agencies, printers, pre-press companies and the like

11. Proper channelling of MarCom utilizing Market Intelligence (CRM database)

12. Expansion of dedicated Market Intelligence according to Prio Sub-Segments

13. Managing advertising material

Desired Qualification & Skills :

Commercial education / business management training or similar

Education and further education in the field of marketing-communication

Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable position

Very good knowledge of English - written and spoken Distinct flair for graphic and design / creativity

High level of conceptional, organisational and coordinative skills High affinity for digital media

Ability to cope with a heavy workload, flexible, good team player, precise and persistent Accurate, reliable, efficient manner of working

High level of self-organisation and ability to cope with a heavy workload, team-orientated, intrinsic

Desirable:

Professional experience in the industrial sector

Affinity for technical appliances

Willingness to travel (GC meetings; guarantee/support exhibition appearances)
