Marketing Campaign Manager - Recruitment & Corporate Marketing
- Drive day-to-day execution of recruitment and corporate marketing campaigns by coordinating with sub functions in the marketing team
- Work closely with corporate marketing team and their counterparts in devising and executing recruitment marketing programs
- Ensure adherence to performance metrics, analytics and review mechanism by respective teams
- Improve marketing workflows, resolve execution roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the marketing processes
- Prepare/update and optimize marketing processes and foresee adherence to functional maturity audits
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Good understanding of recruitment and corporate marketing levers and sub functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, planning & prioritization, analytical and decision making skills
- Able to work across departments at all levels
- Proficient in managing complex and multiple processes, dash boarding and reporting
- Relevant work experience in the field of technology is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (like Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua etc.) will be an added advantage

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
