Leading BFS MNC is looking for Marketing/Campaign Analytics Specialists for their Analytics Team in Bangalore

Experience :2-6 yrs
Skills Required
- Strong Proficiency in IBM Campaign(formerly Unica) and Adobe Target
- Experience with Campaign management platforms (e.g. IBM Unica Campaign, Adobe Target, Eloqua, ExactTarget) is preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Office skills preferred
Excel pivot tables and formula writing
Comfortable with using PowerPoint
VB Script skill will be a plus
- Experience in financial services industry is an added advantage
- Should have 1-6 years of experience working with databases using SQL or other tools such as TOAD, SAS or Hyperion Brio is
Strong SQL skills required, including understanding of:
- Strong inter-personal skills,written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Analyticsl skills and ability to think logically
- Knowledge of quality control techniques
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and execute campaign design for the Organization's retail direct marketing campaigns.
- Work with Marketing strategy and communication teams to structure and execute the sequence of events leading to a successful campaign launch: eg.
a) code for the required target population and output using the campaign management tool - IBM Campaign (formerly Unica); and
b) Oversee the delivery of extracts to channel.
- Support other Campaign Managers by validating their code within the campaign management tool - IBM Campaign (formerly Unica)
- Monitor execution of automated triggers
- Subject matter expert on marketing database and informational environment
- Assist with quality control steps throughout campaign development .
- Research and resolve Customer issues that arise as a result of Direct Marketing programs.
- Keep abreast with industry trends and learn new techniques in database marketing.
