Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 6+ years

- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote business products. Identify target markets, develop messaging, and determine the most effective marketing channels.

- Content and IP Creation: Develop engaging and informative content to support marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, infographics, reels and videos.

- Manage PR activities. Ensure that all content is tailored to the needs and interests of our target audience.

- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Provide support and resources to help the sales team effectively promote products.

- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to business lending. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate gatherings, trade shows, and community engagements. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and onsite coordination.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the SAAS based industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
