Within a span of 2 years, we are the largest in the country with 34 clinics in 2 cities.

But we won’t stop here. We won’t stop with our 100th clinic. Or the 20th city.

We want to bring emotions like Ethics, Transparency, Honesty, Comfort, Technique to Dentistry, a profession which usually invokes the opposite.

We have a lively, young team of experienced and skilled people, best of the lot being our dentists who also manage our clinics.

And we run the company the same way we run our clinics.

So if you have been working in the retail services or a similar sector, read on.

Your role will report to the brand and the customers. The CEO will be there to help, but you need to get your own ideas to execute.

You will be responsible for the brand - measured not just by footfalls, conversion and revenues but also by the perception, feedback, buzz and respect that the brand gets.

You will lead the ATL and BTL branding activities with help outside agencies and in-house team.

You will be participating in product design, pricing, and other decisions

You will be responsible for enhancing the in-clinic branding and experience

You will work with Vikram, the CEO and other Marketing team members and also the founder of the company. Vikram is an MBA who can’t make good ppts, and who is rarely found in office.

So if you also are a top tier MBA but would like to do something more exciting than selling soaps, you are welcome.

It will be great if you have worked for 3-5 years, but that’s just coz we have little time to ease you in.
Your remuneration will be best in class, and will include stock options.
