Primary responsibilities :
- Manage tags and tracking scripts via GTM including cookies and UTM parameters
- Measure and optimize landing page performance
- Track and minimize form abandonment rates; advance form progressive profiling
- Design and maintain automation system workflows and CRM sales notifications
- Analyze and improve upon behavioral lead scoring models
- Analyze and improve upon lead nurturing streams
- Ensure accurate field mapping between MAP and CRM systems and across objects
- Integrate and manage email hygiene and record de-duping tools
- Own the stack and be the linchpin between marketing and sales
- Provide clear and concise operational feedback and analysis to other team members
- Work with the Director of Demand Generation to develop accurate and reliable performance reporting
- Event planning as needed
Skills :
- Highly proficient in Hubspot or other marketing automation platform
- Administrative proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform
- Proficiency in Neverbounce or other email hygiene tools
- Clear understanding of UTM parameters and attribution modeling
- Ability to identify, diagnose and troubleshoot syncing and other intra-system errors
- Data-driven approach to identifying and structuring complex problems
- Ability to work autonomously, identifying strongly as a self-starter
- Ability to quickly orient themselves, grasp fundamental principles quickly and google it
- Measures success by final deliverables end results, not efforts
- Able to work comfortably in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with core concepts of content and inbound marketing
- Familiarity with core concepts of lead scoring and lead nurturing
- Previous experience in B2B software marketing is a plus
- Event planning experience is a plus
