Job description :
- Set up and manage marketing automation through outreach tools like Marketo, Hubspot etc.
- Manage lead generation, databases & email reporting across the business
- Work with content team to develop content in support of nurture tracks to attracts qualified and targeted audience to the business
- Work with in-house technology team to automate audience journey by integrating APIs
- Work closely with membership team on customer acquisition and retention
- Co-ordinate with marketing operations team to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
- Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns
Key Skills Needed (CTQ- s) { Must Have } :
- Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in working with marketing automation and email marketing tools like Marketo, Hubspot.
- The candidate should have strong functional expertise of creating smart campaigns, smart lists, emails, setup lists in a MA platform like Hubspot or Marketo
- The candidate should have three years- hands on experience in email campaign delivery, setup & analytics
Desired Skills (CTP- s) { Good to have } :
- Experience in using APIs to integrate marketing automation tools with websites CMS.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sound understanding of database concepts and segmentation
- Excellent American spoken and written English with persuasive communication
- Understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills
