Marketing Analytics Role - BFSI

To drive Marketing Analytics

This role will manage the reporting and marketing analytics requirements arising from RFS business.

This role will own customer analytics that includes campaign strategy, sales efficiency and effectiveness, customer lifetime value and other acquisition strategies, digital and web analytics, and other analytics relating to acquisition and retention of customers.

In addition, the role will also manage the BI SPOCs and manage delivery of reports and adhoc analysis at zonal and regional level.

The role will involve managing a team of 2-3 members directly and 8+ members via a matrix structure. There is also a need to engage with external consultants to drive projects.
