Due to huge business expansion, they are looking for an outstanding individual to lead one of their Marketing Analytics team in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to a director and handling a team of analysts, you main responsibilities will be as follows- Understand business requirements and translate them into models by other modelers in team and self

- Build customized models for key prospect segments through a combination of data driven analytics and business judgements

- Provide the necessary frameworks, SAS codes etc

- Provide ongoing model refreshes and refinements

- Provide thought leadership to the modeling team

The Successful Candidate -

- You must be a Masters in Stats/Eco with atleast 6-8 years of strong statistical modeling background which includes complex analytics, predictive modeling using techniques like regression etc.

- You must possess atleast 2 years of experience in solving complex business problems.

- In addition to this you must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
