Due to huge business expansion, they are looking for an outstanding individual to lead one of their Marketing Analytics team in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the Director and handling a team of analysts, your main responsibilities will be as follows- Create new and rebuilt existing logistic regression models predicting customer spend behavior.
- Partner with colleagues to execute fresh strategies for segmentation tools
- Provide thought leadership on opportunities to develop differentiated marketing segmentation products
- Act as a business consultant to identify opportunities to increase the revenue of the bank through the merchant services
The Successful Candidate -
- You must be an MBA from a premier institute with 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- You must possess strong quantitative skills coupled with the ability to synthesize product concepts and ideas and generate insights.
- In addition to this you should have experience in categorical data, predictive modeling, pattern recognition techniques.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
