1. Website Management - Periodic update of our existing content ensuring that the information is current and structured appropriately & testing the lead forms.

2. Digital Analytics - Utilize Google analytics, CRM & other relevant tools to provide analysis and timely reports on website usage. Study the trends of current website users, evaluate the success of design assumptions and make recommendations about improvement. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support lead generation and business development; develop complex, macro- driven reports to summarize system information for senior management; develop and maintain system folders to ensure appropriate accessibility

3. Marketing Automation - Work with Marketing & sales to ensure smooth lead flow. Analyze marketing campaigns using CRM to determine successes and opportunities specific to each campaign or promotion.

4. Project management - Manage a variety of relevant marketing projects that require cross-functional interface and teamwork, as well as independent contributions.

5. Email Automation: Manage blast emails and automated emails programs, including building out automated email programs. Monitor email performance and report on email success

Qualifications - 

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analyst role

- Knowledge of web analytics

- Tableau & VBA - Compulsory

- Good to have worked on R & Python systems

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics

- Experience in sales & marketing automation softwares like Hubspot, mailchimp, hotjar etc.
