Job Responsibility: The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analytical projects and reports which can drive decision making for the business & functional leaders. The key responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

- Work with marketing, sales & product managers to create, customize and automate reports that help the business leaders make informed decisions.

- Understand marketing and sales strategies and on-going campaigns and point out deviations in the expected results based on past data trends.

- Work with online marketing teams and Google Analytics to report on marketing channel wise performance.

- Do regular analysis of product pricing and create standardized pricing reports and metrics to track success.

- Create visibility of transactional data in appropriate forms to facilitate strategic initiatives. Data includes sales, cost, product bundling, discount, price, market share, competition benchmarks etc.

- Present consolidated view of business performance including drill downs to products and support interpreting cause effect relationships.

- Use Statistical tools to manage and analyze data to support decision making.

Key skills:

- Business Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Data Warehousing, Good command over spoken and written English

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education- Graduate with MBA. Graduation should be in B.Com - Commerce, B.A./B.Sc - Any Specialization with Statistics

- A statistics degree or diploma will be preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Business proficiency in the following areas is required:

- Strong business acumen

- Understanding of costing concepts and terminology

- Ability to manage a large amount of transactional data and determine trends at both part number level as well as product family using statistical analysis and analytical tools.

- Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.

Technical proficiency in following areas is required:

- MS Access, MS- Excel, Web-Based Tools,

- SPSS or SAS and/or other statistical tools
