Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Industry expertise: Strong domain expertise in aerospace & defense

2. Senior exec communication: experience in addressing research advisory needs of senior executives including Strategy heads, Sales heads, Marketing heads, Partnership heads.

3. Solution design thinking: client problem solutioning, project outline

4. Business acumen: mining and farming, identifying client pain points.

5. Research experience: experience in doing TAM estimation or market sizing, account intelligence, competitive deep dive, industry prioritization, geo attractiveness, whitepapers, account and partner identification, voice of customers (enterprise) studies, etc.

6. Project management: end to end research project management - scoping, resource allocation, quality review, client read-outs, client feedback handling, project closure.

7. Thought leadership: experience in speaking at international forums, videos, authored articles, blogs.

Requirement:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- Superior Executive Presence, Business Acumen
