Key requirements:

- Good understanding of the IT landscape and business process outsourcing marketplace.

- Strong domain knowledge in one or more areas - procurement, Insurance, Financial services

- MBAs with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Market research /Pre Sales / Business analysis / Solution formulation / Business Development

- Ability to analyze large volumes of quantitative and qualitative information (Both primary and secondary) and come to meaningful conclusions

- Aptitude for Financial analysis with logical thinking

- Experience in preparing management strategy / review reports and / or industry white papers

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, having worked in multi-cultural environment

- Good skills in MS power point / MS Excel and report writing

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as a central resource for the business, specifically Tower Champions to review, refresh and strategically develop offerings to take to market

- Develop and maintain processes to design and develop a product lifecycle function within the business including a refresh strategy for offerings based on inputs from the business

- Take inputs from the market research, commercial teams and use this to benchmark offerings within a given industry / service line (per geography, market size, etc)

- Support global strategy taking inputs from the business/market research team and make recommendations for potential offerings to take to market in the future (support the Innovation Team)

- Develop effective standardised reports / summaries for strategic reviews for current/future opportunities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Collate and feed all offerings collateral globally to the Bid Management Team

- Building strong business cases / value proposition for new service lines
