Role - Market Research Manager ( Should have exp of working for both Quant & Qual)
KRA :
- To serve as the single point of contact for the Marketing Team to facilitate any assistance needed in understanding of the tobacco consumer.
- To enable decision making for the Marketing Team based on consumer preferences through proper application of research processes
- Close interaction with Marketing, Product Development & Packaging Teams to understand the business issues and opportunities
- To assist in preparation of the brief that elucidates the problem
- Ensure that the Research Brief document accurately captures the problem and is approaching the right target group to solve it
- Engage with Research agencies to carry out the project
- Evaluate research proposal given by agencies and whether the solution it proposes, satisfies all the requirements in the brief
- Coordinate through all processes of research including brief finalization, proposal finalization, stimulus preparation and research fieldwork, before the findings are presented
- Ensure the agency fieldwork and reporting take place as per Service Level Agreements
- Suggest improvements in the reports to improve their focus
- Prepare a precise and focused summary of the agency report with a clear way-forward for the Marketing team
