Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Research and Business Strategy Analyst to join our newly formed Centre of Excellence Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth market research, building comprehensive case studies, and generating insightful market reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market surveys and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Utilize various research methodologies to gather and analyse data, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Case Study Development:
- Build detailed case studies highlighting successful application of Stainless Steel in various applications across Steel segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling narratives that showcase the company's achievements.
Market Reports:
- Prepare comprehensive market reports encompassing industry analysis, customer behaviour, and economic trends specific to Steel Segments
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their information needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Liaison with the internal learning teams to identify gaps with respect to industry
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
- Propose and implement improvements to research methodologies and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in market research and business strategy analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Experience in building detailed case studies and market reports.
- Proficient in using research tools, databases, and analytical software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
