Job Responsibilities:
The Market Research Analyst is responsible for -
- Working as individual contributor with the Market Research Manager to generate verifiable Leads for the Organisation in the Smart Cities, AEC, Commercial Real Estate, and Institutional Campus industries.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies/ industries and identify project opportunities.
- Create templates and manage targeted email campaigns to introduce the organisation &its products to key stakeholders, gaining their interest and booking (online) meetings with company Business Development Manager(s).
- Produce ten (10) qualified Leads per week, per geographic region.
- Gather Account/ Opportunity (project) information and update company CRM (Salesforce) in a detailed and timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients using company provided processes and LeadGEN marketing tools. Demonstrate creativity and industry domain knowledge in carrying out all duties of position.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate shall have the following personal skills:
- One (1)+ years experience as an (inside) team of sales associate.
- Familiarity with Smart Cities, Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction (AEC), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), BIM and/ or general knowledge of the building construction industry preferred.
Adept in tools such as:
- Email marketing: Yesware
- Social media: LinkedIn
- CRM: Salesforce
- MS Office, Google G Suite
- Fast-paced learner, able to adapt to new systems and situational changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, sales-focused decision making.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills.
