Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, target audiences, and competitive analysis to develop effective marketing strategies
- Generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and pitch potential clients or customers to convert leads into sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support business development objectives, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create materials, presentations, and tools that facilitate the sales process.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and identify potential business opportunities.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Manage budgets allocated for marketing and business development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated on the company's products or services and be able to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.
Qualification / Experience / Compensation :
- Strong skills in Market Analysis and Market Research
- Analytical Skills to be able to interpret data and prepare reports
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Experience in Research and data analysis
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in Energy Management or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel
