We have urgent opening with our leading Big4 Clients.

Job Title : Associate Solutions Advisor

Job Responsibility :

- Liaison with the US practitioners to understand requirements and prioritize work

- Conduct thorough/extensive secondary research and create quality research reports to solve client issues / business challenges

- Analyse and summarize data to answer client questions and provide meaningful insights

- Interact and work with global client teams to ensure a smooth delivery of projects

- Perform extensive literature and financial data searches using online databases, the Internet, print materials, technical reports, scholarly journal articles, and original source material

- Analyze and respond to research requests in a rapid and accurate manner

- Work across various domains and market offerings

- Work on other value additions, as required

Education:

- Post graduate degree in Management, with 0-2 years of relevant experience

- Specialization in Finance and/or Strategy wil be prefered

Technical:

- Strong experience in secondary research is a must

- Experience in primary research will be prefered

- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, MS PowerPoint and Project

- Ability to use online research databases; Knowledge of online databases like Bloomberg, Hoovers, Factiva, One Source, Thomson amongst others

- Proven research, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Soft Skills:

- Ability to work with cross functional teams

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

- Should be a self -starter with a go-getter attitude

- Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels, and ability to face and deal with problems/issues in a mature and professional manner

- Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends
