Market Research Analyst -German language
Required : Market research with German language or any of foreign language
Basic primary market research experience (agency-side) and overall process knowledge including Survey Preparation & Data Collection, Post-Field Data Management and Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Survey/questionnaire filtering and routing and data map development
- Survey programming and survey software experience e.g. VOC Explorer (SPSS Author) or other survey tool
- Consolidating fieldwork findings into SPSS and conducting data quality and plausibility checks
- Conducting data analysis using SPSS and Excel
- Basic research report development in Power-point including lay-outing
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- University degree in business administration, economics or social sciences
- Flexible, highly motivated personality with strong communication skills and a - can do- attitude
- A good understanding of branding/marketing; understanding of Financial Services a benefit
- Excellent command of English/German skills essential throughout market research process
- Translating & proofreading questionnaires /complementary survey letter or email in German and English; ideally also capability to do this in Chinese (simplified /traditional), Japanese, Brazilian, French, Italian, Indonesian.
